Election 2008

 

 

On November 4, 2008 will elect its next president and vice president.  Either John McCain, the Republican nominee, or Barack Obama, the Democrat nominee will take office on January 20th, 2009. 

Whoever winds the next election will effect the entire world.  It is the responsibility of each citizen over 18 to vote, and it is the responsibility of each voter to learn as much as they can about the candidates before they cast their ballot. 

Today we will use Time For Kids to learn as much as we can about the candidates stand on several different issues.  When we each have enough information to make an informed decision, we will vote for the candidate of our choice in a mock election.

May the best candidate win.
